Guests interested in learning the secrets of authentic Vietnamese cooking are invited to attend a class at the DAO TIEN COOKING SCHOOL.
Our classes are held each morning and conducted by a qualified english speaking chef.
Take a trip to the local market,  witness first hand the hub bub of morning trade where local women gossip and barter.
For groups of 6 or more we can arrange a visit to a local vegetable growing village where you can observe the time honoured methods used to produce Hoi An's fresh organic produce. 
Back at the Restaurant you will learn to create three distinctive Vietnamese dishes and carve exquisite flowers from fruit and vegetables to decorate them.
