Our Executive Chef Viet Le Quoc is emphatic about using the very best ingredients available, only with these can he produce the elegant flavours he is renown for.
He takes great effort to design beautifully balanced menus for any occasion; A La Carte, Buffet, BBQ, Set Menus for groups, Business Functions, with Vientamese and Western Weddings being a speciality !
All our fresh produce is washed in sterilised water and all meals are prepared and cooked to the highest western standards.
